We are delighted to be able to offer this beautiful four bedroomed Finca., with a history dating back some 300 years and yet tastefully modernised and furnished to a high standard.
It is ideal for a family holiday and is spacious enough for two families holidaying together.
The villa is just a short drive from the airport, and is situated in a tranquil and peaceful setting midway between Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero, so a 5 minute drive in one direction brings you to Carmen with it’s beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping arcades and bustling nightlife, while 5 minutes in the opposite direction finds you in the exclusive and peaceful marina of Puerto Calero with its waterside cafes and restaurants offering everything from a quick snack to fine dining. Puerto Calero is also the departure point for deep sea fishing excursions and submarine and catamaran adventures etc.
The Finca boasts four bedrooms with one Super King size bed and en-suite with bath and shower. The second bedroom offers a King size bed also with an en-suite. These two bedrooms benefit from direct access to the lovely sunny yet sheltered courtyard. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds in each. There is also a large family bathroom.
Dining is a pleasurable experience, offering a choice of an indoor dining room which opens onto the courtyard where another large table is set beneath the shade of the ancient and spectacular Bourgainvillea. A further dining area is on a sunny open terrace overlooking the pool, with extensive elevated views over the ocean and surrounding countryside and mountains.
The lounge is tastefully furnished with ample seating for seven persons, together with a large wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD and CD player. Following on down some gentle steps is a reading area, with ample books and magazines.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hand crafted wall unit; four ring hob, American style fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher; there is also a washing machine.
The gardens are landscaped into two tiers, the lower of which has a large private oval shaped pool, and terrace which also has a shady gazebo area.
